Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your time and is non-refundable. A $25 rescheduling fee may be charged to change your party time or date.
Outside food or beverage is NOT permitted in the Arena, Warm Puppy Café or Party Rooms.
Because our parties are so popular during weekends and weekdays we can only serve cake and drinks in the party room. Other food can be ordered from the Warm Puppy and eaten in the cafe before or after your party only.
